The Rancho Bernardo Handicap has been selected as a Breeders' Cup Dirt Dozen Bonus Series Race for the $1 million Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint on November 1, 2025 at Del Mar. The nominated winner of the Rancho Bernardo Handicap will receive a credit of $15,000 toward entry fees into the 2025 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint, 2nd place will receive $7,500 credit toward entry fees and 3rd place will receive $3,750 credit toward entry fees. A trophy will be presentedto the winning owner.
