By subscription of $300 each, which shall accompany the nomination, Closed Thursday August 21,2025 with 17or by supplementary nomination of $3,000 each by closing time of entries, and $4,500 additional to start, with $300,000 Guaranteed, of which $180,000 to first, $60,000 to second, $36,000 to third, $18,000 to fourth and $6,000 to fifth. Three-year-olds, 122 lbs.; Older, 126 lbs. Non-winners of a Grade 1 at one mile or over since November 1, 2024, allowed 2 lbs.; of a Grade II at one mile or over in 2025 or a Grade I at one mile or over in 2024, 4 lbs. High weights preferred. Total earnings in non-claiming races in 2025 will be used in determining the preference of horses with equal weights. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
